This isn't just
another workout
Where fitness feels good, confidence grows, and you reconnect with your body
Maybe You've Tried Workouts That...
Felt repetitive or boring
Left you more exhausted than energized
Didn’t actually make your body feel better
You are not alone!

Why I created Good Moodra
Hello, and Welcome to Good Moodra!
I’m Roni Amrich, a proud Placentia local and the owner and founder of Good Moodra.
Originally though, I didn’t set out to open a yoga studio.
Before Good Moodra, I spent years working in sales management and training, helping people grow, build confidence, and step into something bigger for themselves. But something was missing.
I saw how many people were stressed, overwhelmed, and disconnected from their bodies. And I felt it too.
I always saw exercise and fitness like everyone else seemed to…something people forced themselves to do.
Push harder. Do more. Ignore how you feel.
And I knew there had to be a better way.
When I discovered yoga, and eventually trapeze yoga everything shifted.
It wasn’t just a workout. It was fun! It made you feel strong without feeling beat up. It helped you reconnect with your body in a way that just… made sense.
That’s when the vision for Good Moodra came together.
A place where fitness feels good.
Where you actually look forward to showing up.
Where you can build strength, feel supported, and reconnect with yourself—without pressure or judgment.

Good Moodra has grown into something really special within the community, and I’ve been lucky to be part of conversations around wellness, movement, and making fitness feel a whole lot better.
