Shaylyn’s journey towards wellness began years ago when she first discovered the transformative power of yoga. While her interest in well-being was sparked during her previous work as a first responder, it was her love for yoga and the mind-body connection that truly captured her heart. Seeking to deepen her understanding of these passions, Shaylyn found herself drawn to Good Moodra Yoga. She loves creating safe spaces for herself and others to explore paths to balance and fulfillment. Beyond her yoga practice, you’ll find Shaylyn reading, writing, spending quality time with loved ones, baking and making rugs.
