Orange County's Only Trapeze Yoga Studio
Become a Trapeze Yoga Instructor
Learn to Teach.
Build Confidence.
Stand Out.

Why It Matters
Why Trapeze Teacher Training Changes Everything
Most yoga only teaches you to push. Trapeze yoga teaches you to pull. That one shift opens up spinal decompression, giving the body a real break from the compression it carries every single day.
When you understand that shift in your own body, you teach differently. You stop just calling out poses and start helping people feel truly better. That is the whole point.
Stand Out As An Instructor
You are not signing up to learn something every other studio already teaches. You are learning a skill set almost nobody else has.
Trapeze yoga is still rare, and instructors trained in it get noticed. Right now we are the only studio in Orange County teaching it. That is your edge, and it is real.

Apply NowHow You'll Learn
A Practical, Anatomy Based Approach
This training is built around understanding the body, not memorizing movements. Just like our 200 hour training, anatomy runs through the entire program. Here we go deeper into spinal anatomy, how the body responds on the trapeze, and how to help prevent the issues we see most. You are not just learning what to do. You are learning why it works.
You'll Start Teaching The Right Way
Confidence does not come from watching. It comes from doing. That is why you start teaching on day one. You will practice guiding movement, get honest feedback, and build real experience the whole way through. By the end, you will feel ready, because you actually will be.
Built For The Way You Actually Learn
Everyone learns differently, so this training meets you there. This training includes:
- Visual learning
- Hands on practice
- Clear verbal instruction
- Virtual instruction and reference material
However you learn best, you will actually absorb it.
Whether You Want To Teach Or Learn
Some people walk in already knowing they want to teach. Others just want to understand their body and their practice on a deeper level. Both belong here. Either way, you will be fully supported.

Apply NowFAQ
Do I need experience?
No. You don't need to be advanced or have any teaching experience. This training is designed to meet you where you are and help you build from there.
Do I need to live nearby?
No. Most trainees are local, but people travel in for this program too. As long as you can be here in person for the Fall Intensive, October 12 to 17, where you live the rest of the year doesn't matter.
Do I need to teach after?
No. Some people go on to teach, others do it to deepen their own practice and understanding. Both are completely valid.
What if I'm nervous or not sure I'm ready?
That's completely normal. Most people feel that way before they start. Confidence comes through the process, not before it.
Will I be able to teach after the training?
You'll have the tools, practice, and experience to guide a class. Like anything, confidence grows with repetition, but you won't be starting from zero.
How physically challenging is it?
You'll likely feel challenged and may experience some soreness as your body adapts. That's part of the process. If needed, we can modify or shift you into observation so you can keep learning without overdoing it.
What if I can't make every session?
We recommend attending every session whenever possible. If you do need to miss one, we'll discuss your options during your application call and find a solution that works.
If this feels like the right fit, we would love to connect and help you get started.
