Yoga Teacher Training Tuition & Refund Policy

Withdrawals

Any withdrawal request must be made in writing to info@goodmoodra.com.

An applicant who withdraws from the program before the Start Date is entitled to a refund of all monies except for their non-refundable deposit.

A trainee who withdraws from the course within the first 20 classroom hours may be refunded up to 80% of the full program price.

After the first 20 classroom hours, there will be no refunds. If the applicant withdraws from the program for any reason, the applicant will be responsible for paying the full tuition, regardless of any partial payments that have been made to date.

Special Cases

In case a trainee needs to withdraw from the program due to illness, accident, death in the family, or other circumstances that make it impractical for the trainee to complete the course, the program will provide a reasonable and fair refund, or allocate the trainee’s tuition towards a subsequent training.

Bad Conduct

No refunds will be given if the program removes a trainee from the program for bad conduct. Bad conduct is violation of the Code of Conduct, harassment, bullying, or any other behavior that is inappropriate or disruptive to the welfare of the program or to fellow trainees.

Legal Fees

The trainee will be responsible for any and all legal fees incurred by Good Moodra Yoga regarding any potential chargeback issues (for example, if the trainee wants to issue a chargeback or contest a payment).

Payment Failure

In the event that the Payment fails, the trainee will be automatically withdrawn from the program and the next student on the waitlist will be given their spot.

No Guarantees

Good Moodra Yoga cannot guarantee any particular success from participating in our training program. We promise to provide trainees with the opportunity and support to achieve their goals, but any success and results ultimately depends on their commitment.

Studio Closure

If our studio and facilities are forced to close due to COVID-19, a natural disaster, or other unavoidable circumstance, the training will be rescheduled with proper notice.

Force Majeure

Good Moodra Yoga will not be liable for any failure or delay regarding the training if such failure or delay is: beyond the reasonable control of Good Moodra Yoga, could not have been reasonably foreseen or provided against, or due to events such as a pandemic, natural disaster, or other Act of God. In such an event, trainees will not be entitled to any refunds or recovery.
